Room Rates

Off Season (November 1 – April 30)
$175 – $350 per night

Interim Rates (May 1 - June 13 and October, excluding Memorial Weekend.)
$245 – $525 per night

In Season (Memorial Weekend;  June 14  - September 30)
$300 – $600 per night

Rates are subject to a 9.7% Massachusetts Lodging Tax. All rates
are quoted double occupancy (for each additional person there
is a $40 per night charge; there is a maximum occupancy of three people per room) and are subject to change until a
reservation is confirmed. Seasonal demand may effect minimum
length of stay requirements.
