*Cancellation Policy: Full payment is taken at time of booking. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the date of arrival to insure refund of deposit. A 10% service fee will be deducted. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be credited to your next stay at The Hob Knob in the form of a Rain Check valid for 1 year. All monies will be forfeited on cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. (72 hours notice required June through September.)
